This class focuses on tricks, transitions and combos on the pole and ground. Pole Fitness is an extension of pole dancing that uses the pole to its maximum potential as a versatile piece of fitness equipment. It works the whole body, improving muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, posture as well as upper body and core strength.

Suitable for beginners?...YES!

Whether you are brand new to pole dancing or have done classes before, we can assess your capability and guide you to the appropriate level.

What to wear?

Your first class may seem daunting but there's no need to panic!

We recommend wearing something your comfy in! Most students wear shorts (not too long as you need their thighs for grip) and t-shirt/vest top with trainers.
